Asistify is an AI-powered customer service automation platform that integrates with Instagram and WhatsApp to provide automated responses to customer messages on behalf of your business. The Service includes:

  • AI-powered automated message responses
  • Integration with Instagram and WhatsApp messaging platforms
  • Conversation management dashboard
  • Business profile and assistant configuration
  • Analytics and reporting

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
  • Ensuring your account information is current and accurate

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or misleading content
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or customers
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code

  • Use the Service in a manner that violates Meta's (Facebook/Instagram) or WhatsApp's terms of service

5. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Instagram, WhatsApp, and OpenAI. By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these platforms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect the functionality of Asistify.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer messages. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are ultimately responsible for all messages sent through your business accounts
  • You should review and configure your AI assistant's behavior and instructions carefully
  • We are not liable for any consequences arising from AI-generated responses

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Asistify and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ASISTIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
